For over a decade Specialty Composites Group has precision cut thousands of parts made from materials ranging from foam to super alloys and engineered composites. We currently operate 3 waterjet machines with the ability to cut materials without the effects of heat that often interferes with the inherent properties of the material being cut. Materials commonly cut include rubber, foam, plastics, composites, stone, tile, metals, and much more.
Our two Romeo Silver waterjet cutters are equipped with 6’ x 12’ beds and cut tolerances of 0.005 inch at 50,000 psi of abrasive water pressure. Our Romeo Gold Series waterjet machine has a 5’ x 10’ bed and 50,000 psi of abrasive water pressure that offers a cut tolerance of 0.003 inch.
